The manager was saying how he had to unstock all his shelves of the big glass beers and liquor and put it in his garage until April 28. I see plenty of broken glass on the beach all the time but they say that's why. I don't drink either but I was in there to pay my electric bill and get cash. And naturally get a value pack of salchichas for my friends along the way. the beer store has everything. Another weird law in Puerto, but the mystery of horrible behavior has been solved. it's the booze. Shocker.
